MVP Sports Complex hosts three leagues for kids and adults. Our leagues are designed for 5 v 5 in flag football, soccer and futsal. All games are played in 45 minutes with five-minute halftimes. Each league will include 10 games with two additional weeks for playoffs and championship. Our focus is fun and family with the experience of community and competition.
MVP training is designed to help athletes and individuals achieve their specific goals. Our one-on-one and group training programs have been perfected and developed over 20 years by helping NFL Pro-Bowlers, NBA All-Stars and other elite athletes become the best in their sport.
Our camps are designed for athletes of all ages. We provide information, education and experience on ways to become a complete three-dimensional athlete. Our camps focus on speed development, agility/prioceptive performance, strength/power development and flexibility.
MVP lifestyle focuses on helping every athlete and individual develop lifelong habits through nutrition and education. A workout is only five to 15 hours per week, so the biggest gains and changes for every athlete and individual is how they fuel and rest their bodies before and after training.
