Shane Freels’ passion for health, wellness and athlete development has led him to a long and successful career in the fitness industry for the past 27+ yrs.

The certified personal trainer who has worked with Dallas Cowboys stars Roy Williams, Daryl Johnston and NFL players Arnaz Battle, Omar Jenkins and Dallas Mavericks Devin Harris, DeSagana Diop and Dirk Nowitzki and family is now bringing his knowledge back to his hometown of Stephenville, TX.

The impressive complex boasts a 25,000 square-foot artificial turf field where athletes will take part in youth and adult indoor style soccer, flag football, futsal, dodgeball and ultimate frisbee leagues as well as boot camps and weekend clinics.  There is also a 600 square foot training studio with state of the art training equipment for all athletes.  He has the most professional high speed sprinting treadmill -  "Woodway Manual Curved" that only professional athletes train on.

Meet Muna Lee, New Sprint & Hurdle Coach

Meet Muna Lee,
STEPHENVILLE, Texas – A former Olympian and LSU standout, Muna Lee joins the staff for MVP Athlete Training.
Lee competed for 12 years professionally before transitioning to the coaching side for the last six years. She owns Top Tier Speed and Performance where she does private training for all ages of youth sports.
Lee spent her collegiate career at Louisiana State spanning from 2001 to 2004. She was a seven-time NCAA Champion, 12-time SEC Champion, and a 21-time All-American, notching herself as the most decorated athlete in LSU history. Lee graduated from LSU with her bachelor's in interdisciplinary studies, with minors in Communication Studies and Sports Studies.
Following Lee's senior season for the Tigers, she made her jump to the Olympic ring. Lee notched herself in the history books with a multitude of top finishes.
Lee's career highlights include; 2009 USA outdoor 100m and 200m runner-up; 2008 Olympic finalist (5th place finish in the 100m, 4th place finish in the 200m - the only female American athlete to double); 2008 US Olympic Trials 100m champion and 200m runner up; 2005 World Champion (4x100m relay); 2005 USA Outdoor 100m runner up; 2004 Olympic finalist (7th place finish in the 200m); 2004 Olympic trials 200m runner up; two-time NCAA Indoor 60 m Champion; 2003 NCAA Indoor 200m champion; two-time NCAA outdoor 100m and 200m runner up. Lee also competed at the 2000 US Olympic trials as a senior in high school, finishing with a best of 11.36 in the 100m dash, making her the fastest high school female in the nation.
During Lee's time at Hendrix College, she helped lead athletes to eight individual conference championships, a pair of runner-up finishes and a sweep of the podium in the women's 100m hurdles in 2018. She also had four athletes achieve school record performances.
Lee is a USATF level one certified coach, with distinction in Sprints and Hurdles.

Our leagues are designed for 7 v 7 in flag football, 6 v 6 indoor style soccer/futsal and 6 v 6 Dodgeball from kids to adults. All games are played in 45 minutes with five-minute halftimes. Each league will include 10 games with two additional games for playoffs and championship. Our focus is fun and family with the experience of community and competition.

MVP training is designed to help athletes and individuals achieve their specific goals. Our one-on-one and group training programs have been perfected and developed over 20 years by helping NFL Pro-Bowlers, NBA All-Stars and other elite athletes become the best in their sport.



Our camps are designed for athletes of all ages. We provide information, education and experience on ways to become a complete three-dimensional athlete. Our camps focus on speed development, agility/prioceptive performance, strength/power development and flexibility.



MVP lifestyle focuses on helping every athlete and individual develop lifelong habits through nutrition and education. A workout is only five to 15 hours per week, so the biggest gains and changes for every athlete and individual is how they fuel and rest their bodies before and after training.

If you Google "hardest hitters in the NFL," chances are Roy Williams of the Cowboys will come up within your first few results. You don't get that strong easily, though. Williams gave us exclusive access to his pool-based workouts, and we turned it into part of a regular Mag series entitled "Sweat Spot." For TV buffs out there, yes, this has also been airing on ESPN's NFL Live program. We call that synergy.

Professional Sengalesse Fighter - Modou Lo. 5 weeks have come and gone. 30 training sessions for 1.5-2 hours in 37 days. So proud of him and the progress he made. Now time for him to go back to Senegal, Africa to prepare for his fight against Bombardier on July 25.
